Where is the pickup point?
Pickup locations depend on the departure destination. Passengers are usually collected from central hotels or designated meeting points. The exact pickup location will be shared with you once your reservation is confirmed.

How much luggage can I bring?
Yes. Each passenger can bring: 1 large backpack or suitcase, 1 small backpack. Additional luggage may have an extra charge.

How do I pay?
Payment can be made: In cash when boarding the shuttle, online via a secure payment link.

Are there stops during the journey?
Yes. Most routes include one or two short technical stops during the trip.

How do I receive my booking confirmation?
Your reservation will be confirmed via WhatsApp or email once the booking is completed.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reserving your seat at least one day in advance to guarantee availability, especially during high travel seasons.
