Booking & Reservations
How do I book a shuttle with Lanquin Services?
You can book your shuttle directly via WhatsApp. Our team will assist you with availability, route information and reservation details.
How far in advance should I reserve my seat?
We recommend reserving your seat at least one day in advance to guarantee availability, especially during high travel seasons.
Can I reserve my shuttle from abroad before arriving in Guatemala?
Yes. You can reserve your seat before arriving in Guatemala. Payment can be completed online through a secure payment link.
How do I receive confirmation of my booking?
Your reservation will be confirmed via WhatsApp or email once the booking is completed.
What happens if I need to change my reservation?
Please notify us at least one day in advance if you need to modify your reservation. Our team will do their best to accommodate the change.
Pickup & Travel Logistics
Where is the pickup point for the shuttle?
The exact pickup location will be shared with you once your reservation is confirmed.
Do you offer hotel pickup?
Yes, in most destinations we offer pickup from central hotels or designated meeting points. Main pickup locations include: Antigua, Panajachel, Río Dulce, Flores, Lanquín. Your exact pickup location will be confirmed after booking.
What happens if my hotel is outside the pickup area?
If your hotel is outside the pickup zone, we will ask you to meet at the nearest designated pickup point.
Can I bring large luggage or backpacks?
Yes. Each passenger can bring: 1 large backpack or suitcase, 1 small backpack. Additional luggage may have an extra charge.
Private Transport & Groups
Can I request a private transfer instead of a shared shuttle?
Yes. Lanquin Services offers private transport for travellers who prefer a more flexible and personalised travel experience.
Can Lanquin Services organise transport for groups or families?Yes. We can arrange private transport for families, groups and special itineraries across Guatemala.
